The Call to Teach with Chip Williams

“In Turkey a teacher is respected like we respect doctors here in the United States. You walk out of your apartment building in the morning and the grocer across the street says "Hoca!"...He just addresses you as, “teacher!” with respect. Once people know that you're a teacher, they address you as teacher, respectfully. So, in society you have a sense of being respected more, which feels good.”

A former cover model goes on a road trip and receives the call to teach when he’s on the Pacific Coast Highway, under a full moon. You can’t make that stuff up! 25 years since, Chip Williams has found himself in classrooms from Los Angeles to Turkey, observing the importance of teaching to the spirit in all kids everywhere.
