This episode articulates three primary components toward building a strong and stable distance learning environment while understanding that perfection is not the main goal.

Brad is the Head of School & CEO of One Schoolhouse, a consortium that partners with independent schools to expand learning opportunities for students and educators online. Brad champions an independent school approach to online learning, believing that the best classrooms are relational, challenging, and supportive. Prior to One Schoolhouse, Brad worked as a teacher and administrator at Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, MD. Before that, Brad worked in higher education in advancement. Brad earned a bachelor’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar, and a master’s degree from Dartmouth.

One Schoolhouse is a supplemental educational organization that provides courses and programs for students and adult learners. Our mission is to empower learning and transform education. They do this by leading through innovation; inspiring learners; and partnering with schools and organizations.
